I dont think the hotel change the sheets there are hairs . Asked for another key they didnt provide, give reasons that doesnt make sense. We order extra bed yet when we checked in its not in the room yet!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly below expectations. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had at a hotel – most of the items advertised weren’t even available at the buffet. What little was there tasted stale or poorly prepared. The check-in and check-out process felt completely unprofessional, almost like dealing with a roadside stall rather than a hotel. Staff were disorganized, unhelpful, and showed no sense of hospitality. For the price paid, the service and experience were absolutely not worth it. I won’t be returning.

The room we got checked in was very unclean. Sofa and chair were very dirty. Walls were unattractive. Could see cement or paint drops on it. Upon requesting, the staff changed the room without sofa which was okay but walls were again in very bad condition. We stayed in it coz we checked in so late and was too late to find another hotel.

The room was stinking in the night. looks like drainage issues and there was lot of mosquitoes. if you inform the reception they take their own time. they don't know how to treat customers.
